Join Chef in the kitchen to explore this vibrant cuisine with its unique blend of African, Arabian and European influences. We will chase some great products from the market and our gardens, add some culinary skill, seasoning and spices to create some delicious dishes. We will learn to make Harissa, preserved lemons, smashed olive and ruby grapefruit salad, zaalouk, chermoula roast chicken, spicy lamb kaftas, and pearl cous cous!
