Join Rebecca from Blue Radish for a fun afternoon learning to screen print greeting cards using a process you can replicate at home. At the end of the three hour workshop you will take home a set of 6 screen printed greeting cards in your own design to wow your family and friends.
We will use the ‘screen filler’ method to create a silkscreen stencil of your design and then print the design onto quality cardstock. You can then replicate this technique at home onto fabrics for designer home wares, clothing and art!
The screens and squeegees we will use are small enough to be washed out in a kitchen sink to make the process ideal for playing with at home. The kit is available to purchase.
The workshop is aimed at the complete beginner and will also suit someone with a little experience of screen printing who wants to learn the screen filler method, or just needs a refresh.
